LINC instructors must have current TESL (Teaching English as a Second Language) Ontario certification.  For more information, please refer to the TESL Ontario website at www.teslontario.org, and look under "Certification."

CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation),
ECE (Early Childhood Education) or
First Aid certification may be required for child minding positions.

Other conditions of employment may include
TB (Tuberculosis) Testing and a Criminal Reference Check.
